Tracey Hoover has worked in the Clarksville- Montgomery County School System since 1992. She currently serves as a Technology Integration Coach providing instructional support and designing and presenting professional development training to educators, administrators, and staff members of 33 schools, Pre-K through 12th grades. In addition, she provides focused support at seven elementary schools helping teachers integrate technology into the curriculum and provide students with rich and rigorous technology experiences. Tracey has over 25 years of experience in the education field, including thirteen years as a 5th grade teacher, instructor of K-5 enrichment programs, and mentor for pre-service teachers. She specializes in improving the quality of instruction in her district by building teacher confidence and effectiveness with integrated technology and by supporting and promoting digital blended learning. Tracey has earned an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree from Austin Peay State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she is a member of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators, National Education Association, Tennessee Education Association, International Society for Technology in Education, and Microsoft Partners in Learning Network.
